Our Fees

For the rental management of your property, our fees amount to 7% of annual rent, covering all administrative procedures, payment tracking, and tenant relations.

When a tenant is found, we charge €8 per m² for organizing viewings, selecting candidates, and drafting the lease. Additionally, the check-in or check-out inventory is billed at €3 per m².
