Our Fees
Our fees are calculated based on the net seller price according to the following scale:
- 5% VAT included of the sale price for properties up to €400,000, inclusive.
- 4% VAT included of the sale price for the portion exceeding €400,000.
Minimum fee amount:
€1,500 VAT included (applicable for properties priced below €30,000).
These fees are payable by the seller
(unless otherwise stipulated in the contract).
